Integrated Polisher/Brusher System

The integrated polisher/brusher system offers two peripheral velocity options to suit either educational purposes or industrial workshops with the 1500rpm speed or 3000rpm heavy duty model. The host unit features dual spindles, for varied abrassive mop and head combinations and is mounted to a dust extractor. This is a fully integrated, stand alone system, ideal for any industrial or educational workshop. The host unit can be manufactured to accept various work station configurations, namely polisher/polisher, polisher/brusher and brusher/brusher.

Options: Industrial or Educational Models

  • Industrial @ 3000rpm – 31.9 Meters/Sec with 200mm Dia, Wheels
  • Educational @ 1500 rpm. – 15.96 Meters/Sec with 200mm Dia. Wheels

  • Pigtail Spindle Mounts standard for Polishers
  • Plain diameter spindles/ locknuts for Brusher heads
  • Stop / Start controls via No Volt release contactors

  • 0.75 Kw, 1400rpm Motor – Totally encased on Educational model.

    Note: The Industrial model incorporates the Grinder Motor (3000rpm) and the under hopper is integral with the Mop Guard itself.

  • MS25 (nominally 12.5m³/min) extractor 73/75Dba @ 3mtr
  • Note - the MS25 has inbuilt explosion relief and anti-blast barrier fitted as standard
