Integrated Grinder System

The integrated grinder system features a heavy duty 3000rpm dual head unit mounted to a dust extraction unit and with an optional low voltage lamp. This is a fully integrated stand alone system ideal for any industrial or educational workshop.

The host unit can be manufactured to accept various work station configurations namely: grinder/grinder, grinder/side grinder, grinder/polisher and grinder/wire brusher.

  • 200 side grinder – A60 grit on RH work station
  • Plain diameter spindles and locknuts for wheel mounts
  • Stop/start controls via no volt release contactors
  • 0.75Kw D/ended electric motor – rolled cage
  • Eye shields fitted as standard
  • Kick stop isolation
  • Heavy duty burst protection guarding with in-built spark deflectors
  • Low voltage 12V halogen light as an option extra
  • CE certified, dust extraction to facilitate COSHH Regulations – LEV controls

  • Note - the MS25 has inbuilt explosion relief and anti-blast barrier fitted as standard
