300 - 400mm Cast Iron Heavy Duty Grinder

The 300 - 400mm Series is a versatile Heavy Duty Machine manufactured to industrial standards – FEPA (Federation of European Producers of Abrasive Machinery) Heavy duty, burst protection guarding as standard.


Features:

All models are fitted with heavy duty work station guarding and equipped with:

  • Spark deflectors
  • Eye shield protection
  • Adjustable work rests
  • Dust sealed bearings with pressure greasing facilities
  • Adjustments to cater for bearing pre-loadings
  • Standard size consumable media
  • “V-Quick link Belting”
  • Totally enclosed motor drive system within the integral Cast Iron body
  • Electrical controls are of the “No Volt” release type with thermal overload contactors.
  • Supplied with optional single or three phase electrics for the 300mm model or 3phase for the 350/400mm models

    Note:

    Machines running at 60Hz will have the spindle speed increased by 20%, therefore grinding wheels must be speed rated accordingly. Grinding spindles/wheel plates accept 25.4mm for 300mm models and 31.75mm for 350/400mm models.
